Tata Motors Adds Two New Shades and Faster Charging to the Punch.ev

Tata Motors has refreshed its popular Punch.ev lineup with not only fresh styling options but also a major boost in charging performance. The electric micro-SUV now comes in two striking new colours — Pure Grey and Supernova Copper — expanding its appeal for buyers who want both sustainability and style.

Beyond cosmetics, the real highlight lies under the hood — or rather, in the battery system. The updated Punch.ev supports 1.2C fast charging, significantly reducing downtime for EV owners. With this enhanced capability, the Punch.ev can now charge from 10% to 80% in just 40 minutes when connected to a suitable fast charger. Even better, drivers in a hurry can gain up to 90 km of range in just 15 minutes, making quick top-ups during road trips or city commutes far more convenient.

This update strengthens Tata’s commitment to offering practical and affordable EV solutions for India’s growing electric mobility market. The Punch.ev’s combination of compact size, robust features, and now, even quicker charging, is likely to appeal strongly to urban buyers and first-time EV adopters.
