Ola Electric slashes the price of the Ola S1X electric scooters, with prices now starting from Rs 69,999

Ola Electric hosted a live event on YouTube today, announcing significant price cuts for their Ola S1X electric scooter. Available in three battery pack options—2kWh, 3kWh, and 4kWh—the company aims to make the Ola S1X accessible to every Indian by reducing its prices. The scooter offers impressive performance across all variants, with the top-tier model boasting a range of 190 km.

Ola S1X 2kWh battery variant specifications

The Ola S1X 2kWh variant provides a range of 95 km per charge and reaches a top speed of 85 km/hr. Equipped with a 6 kW motor, it has a 34 L storage capacity, 4.1 secs of acceleration, and an 8-year battery warranty, ensuring reliability for daily commuting. The new price for this variant is ₹69,999.

3kWh variant Specs 

The Ola S1X 3kWh variant offers an impressive range of 143 km per charge and can achieve a top speed of 90 km/hr. With a 6 kW motor, it demonstrates swift acceleration in just 3.3 seconds. Additionally, the variant is backed by an 8-year battery warranty, providing assurance for consistent use. The new price for this model is ₹84,999.

4kWh variant Specs 

The Ola S1X 4kWh variant stands out with an impressive range of 190 km on a single charge and can achieve a top speed of 90 km/hr. Powered by a peak motor power of 6 kW, it offers swift acceleration, reaching 0-40 km/hr in just 3.3 seconds. This variant comes loaded with features including Cruise Control, Reverse mode, and compatibility with the Ola Electric app for enhanced connectivity and control. With these advanced features and extended range, the new price for this model is ₹99,999.

Every S1 product from Ola Electric will now come with an 8-year battery warranty at no additional cost. The Ola S1X electric scooter will be available in the same seven stunning colors as the Ola S1X+. Customers can expect deliveries of the S1X scooter to commence from next week. Additionally, the company has announced a price reduction for its S1X+ model, now priced at ₹84,999 for a limited time period. Prices for other scooter models remain unchanged.
