Euler Motors has introduced Euler Prime, a new on-the-spot vehicle support program aimed at reducing downtime and improving service efficiency for its electric commercial vehicle customers.
The service will initially roll out in Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Lucknow, Kanpur, and Patna, with plans to expand to more than 45 cities across India.
Euler Prime is designed to offer rapid real-time repairs and roadside support through mobile bikes and vans.
In case of a breakdown within city limits, the company aims to dispatch trained teams within 90 minutes. For outer-city and highway support, Euler Motors is targeting a 4–5 hour resolution window.
The goal is to maximize vehicle uptime for customers who depend on Euler’s EVs for daily commercial operations.
At the heart of the new service is Shepherd, Euler Motors’ in-house telematics and vehicle intelligence platform. Shepherd enables live vehicle diagnostics, remote monitoring, and predictive maintenance — allowing the system to detect potential issues before they escalate.
This integration of predictive tech with on-ground support ensures quicker troubleshooting and more efficient service coordination.
Ashish Tandon, Global Head of Customer Excellence at Euler Motors, described Euler Prime as a major step toward offering a smoother ownership experience:
“We have reimagined customer support as a proactive, real-time solution that keeps our customers’ businesses moving. By combining rapid on-ground response with our Shepherd platform, we aim to maximize uptime and minimize disruptions.”
Euler Prime will be available to all new customers and those covered under the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). Existing customers not under an AMC can access the service on a paid basis.
The launch underscores Euler Motors’ broader push to build a dependable EV service ecosystem — one focused on uptime, responsiveness, and ease of ownership.
The company emphasizes that commercial EVs must be supported by smart systems that anticipate issues and reduce downtime.
