the upcoming Ather family scooter, possibley named Ather Rizta set for unveiling on Ather Community day 2024, Ather Energy has finally revealed the name of their upcoming Family electric scooter, which will be called “Ather Rizta“. The news was broken down by the CEO of Ather “Tarun Mehta” in his X post. Yesterday the CEO posted a GIF with the caption “Diesel” on his X but it turned out that it was an act of Shenenigan. This post sparked curiosity among the EV community and news articles and memes were circulated like wildfire.

Ather Rizta set for unveiling, However, the CEO came clean today and revealed the name along with the launch date at ACDC 24 – Ather Community Day Celebration 2024.
Ather Energy has been working on the project since 2019 and it promises safety, style, and best experience on the road.
Well, we had our fun with ‘Diesel’.
But we are definitely not naming our first family scooter Diesel (sorry, Fast and Furious fans)
Unlike our usual names which have been more of an engineering nomenclature, we are taking a different route this time.

Ather’s Rizta will be the fourth member of the family after Ather 450X, 450S, and 450Apex. For now, our hands are tied with less information but we are positive that the road ahead looks exciting, and you’re in for a treat!
