Mahindra Automotive is all set to make an significant impact on the EV market by introducing its new age electric range today. Mahindra has globally showcased its exciting series of electric SUVs with the public at their Unlimit Event in Chennai.
The new range of Mahindra electric SUVs will be underpinned by the in house developed platform called INGLO. Its name is a combination of the brand’s foundation and its vision- IN for India and GLO for Global.
This new platform is designed to withstand Indian driving conditions along with global parameters. The architecture comes with intuitive packaging and various other features. It is designed to deliver an excellent driving experience, which includes top safety standards, great performance, impressive range and efficiency.
Crafted From Scratch
Pratap Bose, the Design Head at Mahindra, highlighted how the design of both SUVs have been crafted from scratch. “It was the first time in my career that I received a blank paper to work on. It was also about taking care of the smallest factors like functional areas, of our digital design processes, of materials, colours and more,” he said.
